Jamie and I are the owners and DJ’s of Simplicity Entertainment and have been for over 10 years. Prior to Simplicity Entertainment, my father had owned it and operated it under the name Dave and the Good-times. I inherently took over Dave and the Good-times and re-named it Simplicity Entertainment and haven’t looked back since.

In the past 10 years Simplicity Entertainment has grown from a live performance based mobile entertainment service to an exciting state-of-the-art, quality driven, mobile disc jockey (DJ) entertainment specialist for Chicago area wedding receptions. With the addition of planning expertise, event knowledge, a passion for fun, quality equipment and an incredible music selection we have stepped onto the playing field of champions.

The staff of Simplicity Entertainment is always striving to improve our service resulting in even better parties for our clients. Each year we attend the Mobile Beat DJ conference in Las Vegas for a week to learn and share with the best of the industry. Through attending and participating Simplicity Entertainment continues to be able to offer the latest ideas and expertise to any event making your wedding reception like no other! Allen is a founding member of the Chicagoland chapter of the American Disc Jockey Association. He served as President for 2 terms, from April 2004 to April 2008. During his first term as President, Allen helped lead the Chicagoland Chapter to win the Chapter of the Year in 2005. Being a part of the ADJA means Allen and Simplicity Entertainment are committed to excellence. The American Disc Jockey Assoc. is the Nations best trade association for mobile DJ’s by helping to create professionalism and education for mobile Disc Jockeys!

Here They Are, The DJs

	Allen Deneau
	Allen is the owner and lead DJ for Simplicity Entertainment. His specialty is Weddings and he will be the DJ for your wedding reception. Allen can certainly "hold his own" when DJing however, his real talent is organizing and executing the perfect wedding reception and creating a "team" with your other vendors. His attention to detail and creativity will come in handy while planning your wedding. Allen has a real passion for helping his clients have the very best wedding reception possible. Owning Simplicity Entertainment is Allen's only occupation which allows him to spend every hour of the day thinking of ways to make your reception better than imagined. Yep, that's right, he gets paid to party ;) Allen and Jamie have been married for 8 years (July 2000) and live together in Montgomery with their spoiled dogs, Daisy and Cooper. When not DJing or working in the office, you can find Allen working on his yard, golfing or starting various home improvement projects. He loves to watch and play sports, as well as hang out with family and friends while enjoying a night off.

	Dave Savini
	Dave is probably the hardest working DJ in the world. Dave has been with us for over 5 years working events as Allen's assistant as well as DJing events on his own. Dave's preference is schools (he's a "bit" younger than Allen so he still fits right in with the school crowds) but does great at weddings as well. Most often you'll find Dave working alongside Allen making events the very best they can be. Dave is recently married (August 2007) and lives with his wife Allison and their two dogs, Goliath and Abby. Dave spends his off time with his Jeeps and Harley when not working as a DJ.
